Sands of Time was a band from South Africa and as far as I know, this is the only record they ever released.

“I’ve Got You Under My Skin” is the well known Four Seasons hit, while the b-side “Punch and Judy” was released on the album 1969 “Sincerely” by Cliff Richard
and is written by Mike d’Abo, who never included this song on any of his own records or cd’s.
